T³ Met60
Our T³ Met60 class combines resistance exercises with metabolic condition to allows members to get stronger, fitter and improve their overall health and well-being. Each class follows a 4-12 week block, which provides members with a structured training program so that each member is fitter and stronger at the end of each block, ready to start the next phase of training.
Class Duration: 60 minutes.
T³ Lift
Our T³ Lift class is a strength class designed to build muscle, strengthen bones and ultimately improve your mental and physical health. Whether you want to build muscle, get stronger or burn fat, the T³ Lift class addresses your goals. Each class follows a 4-12 week block to ensure members progress weekly and are stronger at the end of each block.
Class Duration: 60 minutes.

HYROX
HYROX is a functional fitness class, which combines endurance with functional fitness exercises. In a typical HYROX class, you'll engage in a series of exercises that may include running, rowing, sled push/pull, burpees, wall balls, lunges and more. The goal is to build strength, speed, power and endurance, making it a comprehensive test of overall fitness.
Class Duration: 60 minutes (except Thursday evening, which is 45 minutes).
T³ Mums & Tots
It can be difficult for mums to find the time to exercise, especially when there is a little one involved. Our Mums & Tots classes are tailored for Mums to resolve that issue and allow mums to bring their tots (prams welcome) to class and get a good workout in. The class itself is a full body strength & conditioning class, which follows a 4-12 week training program. This allows Mums to follow a structured training program to become stronger and fitter at the end of each block, as well as socialise with other Mums and become part of our growing community.
Class Duration: 60 minutes.

T³ Beginners
T³ Beginners is a Strength & Conditioning class tailored to individuals who are new to weightlifting and want to improve their knowledge and understanding of the gym environment. Each class allows members to improve their technique on the key lifts so that they learn to lift weights safely and can then apply this knowledge within our other classes. This class also follows a 4-12 week training program, allowing members to familiarise themselves with the exercises within the block, improve their technique on those exercises and become stronger and fitter at the end of the block.
Class Duration: 60 minutes.
T³ Team HYROX
Every Saturday, our 8am Team HYROX class is a workout where you team up with a partner and push through a tough workout, together. It typically uses a 'You Go I Go' protocol, where one partner is working while the other rests. Working out with a partner allows members to encourage and motivate each other to push their boundaries and complete a tough workout. It also allows members to meet new people and work together to ultimately get a great workout in, while working as a team.
Class Duration: 60 minutes.
